A Message from the Owner: Frank Berardi

I am a construction and design professional; I plan and build for private residential and light commercial clients. I focus on quality execution and fresh, beautiful, practical design for clientele in New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. I manage all phases of home and small commercial building, from beginning to end, ceiling to floor. I partner with clients and trusted contractors on restoration, bathroom renovation, commercial buildouts, kitchen design, additions and extensions. No matter the size of the project I believe that trust and integrity are my most important creations.

Our goal is to create high quality buildings, appropriate to their settings while at the same time being extremely functional. We offer a wide range of engineering services – from planning and program development, through design and construction documents, to on-site inspection.
